Architecture is about people, local values, and the feeling of a place. It is about fostering connections and creating spaces where new memories are made.
My name is Roman Gorshkov. I am an architectural and urban designer with over a decade of practice across Oman and the wider Gulf region, from the waterfront at Al Mouj to the regeneration of Mutrah, Muscat's historic port.
I work with developers, government authorities, and international design teams to shape urban environments that reflect the identity of the places they serve. Whether advising on how a masterplan can learn from traditional Omani urbanism or helping a client communicate a project's cultural story to global investors, my role is to bridge deep local understanding with international design practice.
